The customer is the newest, most advanced mobile telecommunications service provider in Kuwait.
The telco was somewhat a late entrant in the growing telecom market of Kuwait. Key among the many challenges that they had to face was the task of having to compete with, and claim success over, two veteran players in Kuwait’s telecommunications market. The objective from this project was simple enough – extend the state of art services to its clients while optimizing staff performance. The solution delivered on its requirements through the provision of regular KPI reports, management dashboards and drill downs. It has also resulted in significant cost savings through elimination of old reports and human errors associated with manual report processing.
